LegalPrivacy Policy
This policy describes how Neevon handles account, project, document, attendance, communication and commercial data.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Data We Collect
We collect user profile details, company information, project records, uploaded files, report entries, attendance data, comments, invitations, updates and activity logs needed to operate your account and projects. Commercial workflows may also store BOQ cost, expense, invoice and payment-status records.
Account and Login Data
Registration and sign-in may involve your name, email address, company, account type, password login data, OTP status, Google sign-in identifiers, session tokens, role, and account-verification history.
Device and Usage Data
We may process IP address, browser or app version, device type, operating system, timestamps, feature interactions, error logs, and security events to keep the web panel and mobile app reliable and protected.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to log users in, verify email OTPs, manage role access, synchronize web and app workflows, generate home views, and maintain project history.
Project Team
Information is shown to company and project members according to their role, project membership, and assigned access. Comments, approvals, reports, attendance entries, and uploaded documents may identify the person who created or changed them.
Updates and Communication
We use contact details to send OTPs, invitations, security alerts, project updates, and essential service messages. Optional promotional communication, if introduced, will include an appropriate preference or unsubscribe control.
Storage
During development, uploaded files are stored on the hosting server in organized folders. Production storage, retention, and backup rules should be finalized before deployment.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with authorized company and project members, hosting and email providers, login services, technical support providers, or authorities when required by law. Providers receive only the access reasonably needed for their service.
Retention and Deletion
Information is retained while a company account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for recovery, activity history, contractual obligations, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Deletion requests may be limited where records must be preserved.
Access Control
Company and project access is restricted by role and project membership. Super admin users can review approvals, activity history, users, and company verification records.
Security Measures
We use role-based access, password protection, email verification, session controls, activity history, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their login details and report suspicious activity promptly.
Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law and project obligations, you may request access to or correction of your profile information, ask about processing, request deletion, or object to certain uses. Company-managed project records may need approval from the relevant organization.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and panel may use cookies or browser storage for login, preferences, security, and essential functionality. Disabling essential storage can prevent login or sync from working correctly.
Children's Privacy
Neevon is intended for businesses and authorized construction-project participants, not children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through public registration.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this policy as Neevon, its hosting, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@neevon.in.
