By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Neevon, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
Users must provide complete and accurate registration details, use a valid email address, and complete any required OTP verification. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
Users must provide accurate account, company, project, attendance, project cost, and document details. Access is role based, and each user is responsible for work performed through their account.
Project records, uploads, daily reports, attendance entries, design files, activity history and commercial records remain associated with the relevant company, project and access configured in the panel.
Company owners and authorized administrators assign roles and project access. Users must only view, edit, approve, or export information that they are allowed to handle. Neevon may record access changes in the activity history.
You must have the right to upload every document, drawing, image, report, and other file submitted to the platform. Files must not contain malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes another party's rights. Storage limits and permitted file types may vary by plan or deployment.
Project Cost Control and Commercial Overview records, including BOQ budgets, bills and invoices, project expenses and payment status, remain project-management records. They do not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Attendance records do not replace employment records or advice. Company owners are responsible for reviewing all records before relying on them.
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, open another company's projects without authorization, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected platform components, send spam, impersonate another person, or use Neevon for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Users must keep passwords and OTPs confidential. Neevon may restrict access where suspicious activity, misuse, or unauthorized sharing is detected.
Features may be updated as the platform evolves. Production deployment, hosting storage, and final client policies should be confirmed before public launch.
We work to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, third-party services, and development changes may affect availability. Customers should retain any independent records or backups required by their business policies.
Neevon and its software, interface, branding, and original platform content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers retain ownership of the project information and files they lawfully submit, while granting Neevon permission to process that content only to provide and secure the service.
Access may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment under an applicable commercial agreement, or material breach of these terms. Company owners may deactivate members, subject to project retention and legal obligations.
Neevon supports project coordination but does not supervise construction work or certify design, safety, engineering, financial, or regulatory decisions. Qualified professionals remain responsible for approvals, site safety, statutory compliance, and final project decisions.
We may revise these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details. Questions may be sent to hello@neevon.in.
